WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• A systems-first mindset — hands-on experience building, scaling, and maintaining design systems from the ground up • 4+ years designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally for social or creator-driven platforms • Strong grasp of design system fundamentals: tokens, components, documentation, and keeping libraries in sync with production • Deep Figma expertise: component architecture, variables, auto layout, and living library management • Experience working closely with engineers to ensure design system components translate accurately into code • Familiarity with gaming culture — you play games or understand what makes game communities unique • Experience designing for both desktop and mobile with platform-specific UX patterns and accessibility best practices

• Experience designing for communities, content creation, or real-time interaction products (Discord, Twitch, TikTok)
