GovTech東京 (GovTech Tokyo) is a general incorporated foundation established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 2023 to lead digital transformation (DX) across Tokyo's metropolitan government and its 62 municipalities. It provides technical support, joint procurement, talent development, and hands-on DX assistance to improve public services for Tokyo residents.
